With over 20 years of experience at Preferred Credit, Greg Windfeldt holds the position of President and CEO. In the early 90's he obtained his degree in finance and accounting from the University of St. Thomas, St Paul Minnesota USA. He has served in various roles at Preferred Credit during his tenure including collections, operations, controller, and Vice President/CFO. Greg's commitment to operational efficiency and market development, coupled with his industry knowledge and dedication to employee engagement have been key in growing the company from 25 to 280 employees in the past two decades. Greg continually volunteers on boards of local non-profit organizations.

As Executive Sales Director of Saladmaster UK/Ireland, Ayodele Olaseinde has built a direct sales organization that has turned over $300 million worth of merchandise. For over 67 years, Saladmaster has been helping people with an advanced cookware system. Their core mission is continuous reinforcement through product research, understanding the customers' needs and offering career opportunities to thousands in the UK. Saladmaster has seen an unprecedented level of growth in the UK over the last year, growing more than 40% compared to 2012. In June 2014 Saladmaster won the Excellence Award at the annual UK Direct Selling Association (DSA) Awards.
